The Perfect Bloody Mary
San Francisco arguably has some of the best brunch spots in U.S., but sometimes you’re just either too hung over to deal with a 2 hour wait at Brenda’s (even though normally it’s worth it), or you just don't feel like going anywhere on a lazy weekend day. For me, sometimes brunching-in is the best way to go so you don’t have to leave your pajamas or if you have friends or family visiting. My thing is to keep it really simple, fun, and fresh beyond anything else.
If the main purpose is socializing, and a cocktail is going to be your staple (which let's be honest, you should always have a signature drink REGARDLESS) you should definitely invest in something artisan. Bloody’s are one of my brunch bevs of choice and aside from the vodka (yum), it's all in the mix, if you don't want to create your own. If you do end up purchasing something, Micho & Mary is one of the best (if not THE best) in town. They are based out of Southern California and if you're a Bloody Mary lover like I am, you have GOT to try it.
The spicy but smooth taste is exactly what I want in a Bloody Mary. After you've got the perfect mix, all you need to do is add some garnish because let's be honest, who doesn't like a little salad with their Bloody Mary.
