D.I.Y. - Photo Booth Picture Frame
Alright everyone! It's time to put 2016 behind us and ring in the new year! One of the most popular things at parties these days is a good photo booth. So if you want to create your own without having to hire a group to do it, creating your own picture frame for photos is a great way to have the same effect but not spend as much money, AND you can recycle some of your Christmas leftovers!
What you need:
- Cardboard Box/Wrapping paper rolls
- Sheets of festive contact paper that has an adhesive backing or wrapping paper
- Any swag you want to attach to the frame
Step 1: Cut out the cardboard box into 3 inches strips for the frame.
Step 2: Arrange the pieces to make a rectangle. The one pictured below is 34" x 22" and can fit 2-3 people inside the frame.
Step 3: Cut contact paper into 3 inch strips and stick to the border of the frame making sure to cover the seams so that it locks the cardboard strips in place or tape the seams first then wrap the frame with wrapping paper.
Step 4: Arrange your swag on the border so that you can play around with different looks to see what will work best.
Step 5: Tape or hot glue your swag to the frame!
These frames are perfect for any occasion and really lets you be creative! Enjoy and Happy New Year!
